Ludovica Galeazzo

Ca’ Foscari-Iuav

Ludovica Galeazzo is a PhD candidate in history of the arts at the Scuola dottorale interateneo Ca’ Foscari-Iuav and a research fellow at the Università Iuav di Venezia. She is particularly interested in the urban and architectural history of the early modern age. Her dissertation is a study on the development of the insula of Gesuiti in Venice from the second half of the 15th century to the end of the Venetian Republic.

Galeazzo graduated in Architecture with honors from the Università Iuav di Venezia in 2010, with a thesis on Montepulciano and city museums in small towns.
