Valentina Buttolo, grant researcher, graduated in Architecture for the conservation in 2009 at the University IUAV of Venice, with a thesis on the survey of the buildings affected by the earthquake in the city of L’Aquila. She started in 2010 a PhD in Geomatics at the Politecnico di Milano. Since 2008 she participates in the activities of the Photogrammetry Lab of the University IUAV of Venice, working in the field of surveying, using topographic, photogrammetric and laser scanner techniques. She has participated in several IUAV research projects, in particularly in the field of digital survey for cultural heritage.
